lt is a new-generation product with PLC automatic control system designed according to the working principle of DMSQ-ZE series knife grinder, and it is also a new double grinding head machine with the function of sharpening and polishing (tool marks removal) and an idea choice for middle-small sized books printing plants.

The grinding head uses stepper motor and PLC programmable control system; it is capable of automatically setting the frequencies of rough grinding and accurate grinding with high precision; it is able to feed grinding wheel automatically, to memorize, store as well as track dynamically, featuring easy operation and high automation; it enjoys the maximal automa.tion among the competitor products and thus greatly improves efficiency.
