t is a diqital control Knife grinder with additional functions of automatic cleaning and residual collection on the basis of ZK Knife grinder. The stepper motor and PLC is adopted to automatically set the frequencies of rough and accurate grinding, to feed grinding wheel, to memorize, store as well as track dynamically. lt can save production preparation time and reduce labor intensity. lt is the ideal choice for the small-sized knife grinder center and middle-small sized printing and packaging industry.

AUTOMATIC CLEANING AND RESIDUAL COLLECTION

Located at the water outlet, it is able to collect the grinding residuals from automatic cleaning device to the gutter and then carry out filtration, magnetic catch and purifying treatment

it enables automatic collection of the effluent and waste residual, automatic purifying treatment as well as automatic recycling and usage of cooling water; the whole process is automatic(no human operation)

The cooling water after filtration and purifcation can be reused so as to conserve water

The roller magnet is able to effectively absorb the tool marks, instantly process and purify the industrial effluent, and conserve energy and protect the environment
