The gantry structure is made of excellent carbon structural steel;the grinding head adopts imported linear guide rail drive. The replaceable guide rail enables longer service ife and more stable stroke drive. PLC programmable control system is adopted to feed grinding wheel automatically, memorize, store as well as track dynamically: the easy operation greatly shortens the preparation time; it is able to auto matically set the frequencies of rough grinding and accurate grinding as well as easy sharpening, and it is the best choice of middle-sized printind plants and middle-small sized sharpenina centers.

it enables automatic collection of the effluent and waste residual, automatic purifying treatment as well as automatic recycling and usage of cooling water; the whole process is automatic(no human operation）

The cooling water after filtration and purification can be reused so as to conserve water
