MoIsland wine industry is brewed in ancient pottery jar, with clear color and mellow wine. MoIsland uses local fresh organic fruits and ecological honey, pure water from Qiandao Lake and distiller's yeast rich in pure natural plant protein essence for brewing: solid fermentation in a pottery jar for 45 days, saccharification by bee yeast for 15 days, distiller's yeast for 30 days, and storage and aging in a pottery jar for more than 180 days, which breeds more mellow and smooth wine. MoIsland insisted on China's solid-state brewing process and refused alcohol blending; Adhere to pure natural raw materials and refuse to use industrial flavors; Adhere to authentic honey fermentation and refuse industrial saccharin; Refuse to add any preservatives.
