Enterprise-china.com Seller Order Logistics Fulfillment Rules
Article 1. Purpose of Development
In order to maintain a healthy business environment, to continuously protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise-china.com (hereinafter referred to as "platform") sellers, to enhance the experience of buyers, and to regulate the logistics performance of platform sellers' orders, these rules are formulated.
Article 2. Scope of Application
For paid and free members of the Platform in Mainland China, i.e. Chinese sellers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sellers").
Article 3. Rules Procedures
In accordance with the relevant legal provisions and the development needs of the ecosystem, the platform will make or modify the rules in a timely and prudent manner, and make public announcements and take effect on the platform rules channel page.
Article 4. Logistics Performance Rules
The platform requires sellers to deliver on time, perform truthfully and provide high-quality performance information as agreed in the transaction contract, to strengthen the certainty of the transaction, to enhance the shopping experience of buyers, and to reduce refunds and communication costs of buyers.
4.1 Shipping logistics and freight: If the buyer does not specify the logistics method, the seller may independently choose the logistics service for the delivery of goods, including but not limited to the recommended logistics service provided by the platform or other offline logistics methods. Regardless of the logistics service chosen by the seller, the seller shall promptly, accurately and comprehensively disclose the relevant information of the logistics service to the buyer. If the seller fails to disclose the information of logistics services to the buyer in accordance with the aforementioned provisions and causes the buyer's dispute, the buyer has the right to revoke the transaction and the seller shall bear the corresponding costs.
4.2 On-time delivery: The seller shall deliver the goods on time or in advance of the performance in accordance with the delivery date agreed in the transaction contract. If the goods cannot be delivered in time, it is recommended to contact the buyer to modify the delivery date or cancel the order.
4.3 High-quality logistics services: sellers need to fill in real and accurate logistics carriers, waybill numbers, and other relevant shipping voucher information in accordance with the platform's shipping requirements.
Article 5. Exemption
5.1 If the buyer and seller have disputes or controversies arising from logistics services, both parties shall negotiate and settle the disputes according to the principle of honesty and credit, and the platform shall assist the buyer and seller in mediating the relevant disputes in a fair and efficient manner, but the platform shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from logistics services between the buyer and seller.
